RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Simple rules. Clean handling. Respect the product.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Return/exchange requests should be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Final sale items are not eligible (if stated on product page).

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Contact support with your order number + reason.
  2. We confirm eligibility and next steps.
  3. Once inspected, exchange/return is processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is sold out, we may offer store credit or an alternative.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (or store credit if agreed).
